Repair permits
Jacksonville and Duval County are a consolidated government, so most addresses are permitted by the City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division. Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach have their own building departments.
Flood and wind zones
Riverfront neighborhoods such as San Marco and Riverside and the beaches are in FEMA flood zones; beachfront work falls under the Coastal Construction Control Line program.
Local construction
Early 20th-century homes in the Riverside and Avondale historic districts, riverfront homes, and beach homes and condominiums.

Mobilization

How It Works

Northeast Florida is the farthest region from our Naples base. Site-visit timing and crew mobilization are confirmed after the initial consultation and planned around the project scope.

  1. 01

    Request an assessment

Submit the assessment form or call 239-944-0527 with the property address, the damaged areas, and photos if you have them.

  2. 02

    Review and site visit

We review the damage with you by phone, then schedule an on-site visit. Timing depends on access to the area and the volume of requests after a storm, and is confirmed after the initial consultation.

  3. 03

    Written scope and permits

You receive a written, itemized scope. We pull the repair permits from the local building department that has jurisdiction over the property.

  4. 04

    Crew mobilization and rebuild

Our crew and licensed trade partners mobilize to the property for roof, drywall, insulation, flooring, kitchen, bath and whole-interior reconstruction through final inspection.

Titan Builder and Renovation LLC holds state-certified Florida licenses — CGC1541818 (General), CCC1337764 (Roofing) and CRC1336002 (Residential) — which are valid in every Florida county.
