Mobilization

How It Works

Tampa Bay is within driving range of our Naples base. After the initial consultation we schedule the site visit and plan crew mobilization around the project scope.

  1. 01

    Request an assessment

Submit the assessment form or call 239-944-0527 with the property address, the damaged areas, and photos if you have them.

  2. 02

    Review and site visit

We review the damage with you by phone, then schedule an on-site visit. Timing depends on access to the area and the volume of requests after a storm, and is confirmed after the initial consultation.

  3. 03

    Written scope and permits

You receive a written, itemized scope. We pull the repair permits from the local building department that has jurisdiction over the property.

  4. 04

    Crew mobilization and rebuild

Our crew and licensed trade partners mobilize to the property for roof, drywall, insulation, flooring, kitchen, bath and whole-interior reconstruction through final inspection.

Titan Builder and Renovation LLC holds state-certified Florida licenses — CGC1541818 (General), CCC1337764 (Roofing) and CRC1336002 (Residential) — which are valid in every Florida county.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Tampa Bay cities do you restore storm damage in?+

Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, along with the surrounding communities in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota counties.

Do you rebuild homes damaged by both Helene and Milton?+

Yes. Many properties had surge damage from Helene and wind or roof damage from Milton. We scope both and rebuild in a sequence that closes in the building first.

Who issues the permits?+

The city building department when the property is inside city limits, or the county when it is unincorporated. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections.

Is your license valid outside Southwest Florida?+

Yes. Our licenses are state-certified, so they are valid in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota and every other Florida county.
