08 — Common Questions
Questions Naples homeowners ask us.
What goes into an outdoor kitchen in Naples, FL?
+
Scopes range from a grill, counter, and storage run, to refrigeration, sink, and stone, up to fully-loaded builds with pizza oven, bar, and premium appliances. We price each build from your selected scope after an on-site walkthrough.
Do you handle pool decks and screen enclosures?
+
Yes. Titan coordinates pool deck resurfacing (travertine, porcelain, pavers), screen enclosure rebuild, outdoor kitchen, and lanai upgrades under one contract in Naples.
Do you need a permit for an outdoor kitchen in Collier County?
+
Most Naples outdoor kitchens require electrical, plumbing, and gas permits. Structural additions like new roof coverings or pergolas require additional permits. Titan handles the full submittal.
Can you install natural gas or only propane?
+
Both. If your home has a natural gas line, we tap it. Otherwise we install a code-compliant buried propane tank sized to your appliance load.
What decking material holds up best in Southwest Florida?
+
Travertine and porcelain pavers are the two most durable choices for SW Florida — both stay cool underfoot, resist salt and chlorine, and hold up to sun exposure without fading.
