Naples Downtown Exterior Staircase Replacement
Complete exterior staircase replacement for a downtown Naples condominium — aging wood-frame stairs and railings rebuilt as a clean, code-compliant structure with stainless steel cable railings and a modern coastal finish.
Challenge
The existing exterior staircase was a heavy painted-wood structure with dated balusters, weathered framing, and deteriorating treads exposed to years of Southwest Florida sun, rain, and salt air. Safety, code compliance, and curb appeal all needed to be addressed without disrupting neighboring units.
Solution
We fully demolished the original staircase and rebuilt it with a streamlined stucco-clad structure, modern gray composite treads, and stainless steel cable railings for an open, low-maintenance look. Foundations and connections were upgraded to current Florida Building Code, and stucco and paint were color-matched to the building envelope.
