Solution
Engineered a reinforced concrete frame with rooftop and balcony-integrated solar arrays, installed floor-to-ceiling impact-rated sliding glass walls, built dual-level covered terraces with stainless cable railings, and finished the exterior in smooth stucco with a custom pool deck.
