The infill lot required a design that respected the historic Craftsman character of the surrounding neighborhood while meeting current Florida wind-load and energy codes.
Solution
We delivered a fully permitted single-story new build with traditional Craftsman details — exposed rafter tails, decorative knee braces, tapered porch columns over brick piers, and a low-pitch gable roof — paired with modern impact-rated windows, spray-foam insulation, and hardened structural connections.
