Codes & Permits

Building Code Notes

Repair permits
Properties inside city limits (Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Park Shore) are permitted by the City of Naples Building Department. Most other Naples addresses are unincorporated Collier County and are permitted by Collier County Growth Management.
Flood and wind zones
Gulf-front and bayfront neighborhoods are in FEMA VE and AE flood zones, and the coast is inside the wind-borne debris region. Beachfront work seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line also needs a Florida DEP permit.
Local construction
Older single-story concrete block homes near the Gulf, newer elevated homes, and high-rise condominiums along Gulf Shore Boulevard and Vanderbilt Beach.

Mobilization

How It Works

Our team is based in Naples, so Southwest Florida projects are scheduled directly from our home office without travel mobilization.

  1. 01

    Request an assessment

Submit the assessment form or call 239-944-0527 with the property address, the damaged areas, and photos if you have them.

  2. 02

    Review and site visit

We review the damage with you by phone, then schedule an on-site visit. Timing depends on access to the area and the volume of requests after a storm, and is confirmed after the initial consultation.

  3. 03

    Written scope and permits

You receive a written, itemized scope. We pull the repair permits from the local building department that has jurisdiction over the property.

  4. 04

    Crew mobilization and rebuild

Our crew and licensed trade partners mobilize to the property for roof, drywall, insulation, flooring, kitchen, bath and whole-interior reconstruction through final inspection.

Titan Builder and Renovation LLC holds state-certified Florida licenses — CGC1541818 (General), CCC1337764 (Roofing) and CRC1336002 (Residential) — which are valid in every Florida county.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my Naples property permitted by the city or by Collier County?+

It depends on whether the address is inside City of Naples limits. Many 'Naples' addresses are unincorporated Collier County. We confirm jurisdiction and pull the permit with the right office.

Do you rebuild ground-floor homes flooded by Ian's surge?+

Yes. We remove and replace wet drywall, insulation and flooring and rebuild kitchens and baths. If the home is in a flood zone, we review the 50% rule with you before scoping.

Can you repair condo units along Gulf Shore Boulevard?+

Yes. We rebuild condo interiors and coordinate with the association on access, elevators and work hours.

Do you also repair storm-damaged roofs in Naples?+

Yes, under our Florida roofing license CCC1337764.
