Naples, FL · Exterior Staircase Replacement
Aging wood exterior staircases in downtown Naples replaced with a modern aluminum structure, composite treads, and stainless steel cable railings for a clean coastal look that stands up to salt air.

The original painted wood stairs and pickets had rotted, splintered, and rusted at the fasteners from years of salt air and rain. Code clearance and condo HOA aesthetics required a like-for-like footprint with upgraded materials.
We engineered a corrosion-resistant aluminum stair frame, installed slip-resistant composite treads in charcoal, and finished with a stainless steel cable rail system on powder-coated posts for unobstructed sightlines. All connections were sealed and flashed to the stucco facade, fully permitted with Collier County.
