Flooring Installation in Southwest Florida

Titan Builder & Renovation installs tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood flooring across Southwest Florida as a licensed general contractor. That distinction matters: flooring failures are almost always substrate failures, and a contractor who owns the demolition, the moisture testing, the leveling, and the trim is accountable for the whole assembly rather than the visible surface.

Below are the flooring services we install, and the city pages covering each one. Every page explains the substrate conditions, permitting realities, and material choices specific to that market — because a Marco Island tower unit, a Sanibel pile-elevated house, and a Cape Coral canal-front slab all demand different preparation.

Flooring installation questions

What flooring materials do you install in Southwest Florida?
Porcelain and ceramic tile, natural stone, large format tile and panels, waterproof luxury vinyl plank, and engineered or solid hardwood. In coastal Collier, Lee, and Charlotte County homes we most often recommend porcelain tile or engineered wood over a moisture-tested slab, because humidity and slab moisture are the two failure points that ruin otherwise good installations.
Do you handle demolition and disposal of the old floor?
Yes. Tear-out, thinset or adhesive removal, dust containment, haul-off, and disposal are all included in the written scope. Because we work as a general contractor, the demolition, substrate repair, and finished installation are one contract with one point of accountability.
How long does a whole-home flooring installation take?
A typical 1,500 to 2,500 square foot single-level home runs one to three weeks depending on tear-out conditions, how much floor leveling the slab needs, and material lead times. Tower units in Naples and Marco Island add time for building approvals, elevator scheduling, and sound-rating requirements.
Do you offer free flooring estimates?
Yes. We walk the property, check substrate flatness and moisture, confirm transitions and trim details, and send a written scope with itemized pricing at no cost and no obligation.
Which Southwest Florida cities do you cover?
Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Punta Gorda, plus the surrounding Collier, Lee, and Charlotte County communities.
